Lighthouse Cove, located in Jupiter Florida, takes advantage of multiple solutions that focus4media offers. These include a Bose Sound System, 15 LG TV’s, DirecTV Service, custom programed music, and Digital Menu Boards. While these products definitely give their visitors a great sensory experience, my favorite part of this job is the custom sound solution we provided for their cave. To make their cave come to life, we provided ocean sounds as a unique type of in store messaging!

What I enjoy most about my role on the focus4media team is the opportunity to design customer experience through integrated audio video system solutions. Our designs focus on a comprehensive experience – and that’s what separates us from other companies in the industry. Our clients have vision and passion for their organization, and value the importance of experience. Leading our Integrated Design Team,ISD, is exciting, and something that sparks creativity every day. I love hearing a client’s vision and then preparing a design that helps them see that vision come to life. We celebrate success when our client says “wow – this is exactly what we envisioned."
What is one of your favorite client stories?Lanny Morris - 2 years at focus4media
Early on in my career at focus4, I walked into 11 Maple Street, a venerable staple in my small town that serves eclectic food and fine wine. When I met Margie, the owner, who, with her husband, has been running the restaurant for more than 30 years, I started telling her about all we do. When I brought up Music, her eyes piqued and she asked, “Where have you been for the last 30 years?” I said, “Well, I’m here today.” After she signed up for Music, she showed me this vintage 25-CD carousel receiver. She asked, “What am I supposed to do with this thing now?” Half-jokingly, I quipped, “You should sell it on Craigslist!” After we installed our Music, I visited Margie and asked her how she was liking the Music. She said, “It has made such a big difference in such a short time! People ask about it about almost every day.” After looking around, I asked her, “So, what did you end up doing with that CD player?” She looked up at me, smiled and said, “I sold it on Craigslist!”
